At Klein Transportation, the safety of our passengers is one of our top priorities. Traveling with young passengers can be exciting. To have the best experience, we have established the following guidelines. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone.
Passengers under the age of 15 may not board the bus unless an adult (18 years or older), other than the driver, is on board. At least one adult must always remain on board while young passengers are being transported.
When traveling with multiple chaperones or group leaders, we recommend that they spread out throughout the bus. This helps maintain a pleasant environment for the entire group.
Group leaders are responsible for managing the noise level to ensure the driver can hear the radio, sirens, and other important sounds while driving.
Group leaders should encourage young passengers to remain seated with their seat belts fastened (when available) for the duration of the trip.
At the end of the trip, a group leader and the driver should inspect the bus to ensure all personal items are removed, all windows are closed, there is no damage, and excessive trash is placed in the trash cans.
Excessive trash and any damage caused by passengers will incur an additional cleaning fee and damage fee.
