Some groups know exactly where they want to go, and have their entire itinerary planned.  But Klein recognizes that not all group leaders are that experienced.  Some only have a travel idea and need assistance filling in the blanks.  This is where our experienced Sales Associates can help both the experienced and inexperienced group leaders.

 

 

Klein makes group travel easy with this FOUR step process:

 

1) Create an Idea of Where and When You Would Like to Travel

 

2) Get a Transportation or Full Itinerary Quote

 

Call our office at 800-451-6700 or request a quote online.  Many times we can instantly provide group leaders with a price.  From time to time we do ask for your patience as we work to get your the best pricing available based upon your date of travel, time utilizing the bus and mileage.  In order to quickly get pricing, please provide the following information:

 

• Contact Information

• Pick-up Date & Time

• Pick-up Location

• Destination

• Return Date & Time

• Number of Passengers

• Type of Vehicle Required

 

Quotes are typically emailed the same day and include a movement summary, detailed charter policies and acceptance form.

 

3) Make A Reservation

Klein will not hold a vehicle for any group leader unless is it confirmed or reserved.  To confirm a vehicle you must call or email your sales associate.  A 10% deposit and a signed charter acceptance is required for a vehicle to be held.  Final payment will be due 30-days prior to the departure date.
