Frolic in the Finger Lakes on this 4 days / 3 nights tour filled with glassmaking, botanical gardens, wine and cheese tasting, waterfalls, scenic cruising, just to name a few of the fun Fall activities to be enjoyed.

Day One

7:00 AM Deluxe motor coach departing from Douglassville for Corning, NY
12:15 PM Arrive at the Corning Museum of Glass. Meal voucher included. When your group is not making their glass ornament, they will enjoy th museum on thier own. Explore 35 centuries of glassmaking through more than 45,000 objects - from a tiny glass portrait of an ancient Egyptian Pharoah to a larger-than-life contemporary sculpture of a fruit bowl. See live glassblowing demonstrations on stage all day.
5:00 PM Depart for Watkins Glen
5:30 PM Arrive at Seneca Harbor Station for dinner included.
7:00 PM Depart for Ithaca
7:30 PM Check into the Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca for the next two nights. Hotel is downtown and opposite the Ithaca Commons' restaurants and bars and within a mile of Ithaca College and Cornell University. Hotel offers free WiFi, an indoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. Their Garden Grille serves breakfast and Kipatrick's Pub offers Irish-inspired fare. You are on your own for the rest of the evening.

Day Two

7:30 AM Breakfast at the hotel
10:00 AM Arrive at Cornell Botanical Gardens for a Guided Garden Walking Tour. Discover the many themed gardens around the Nevin Welcome Center, including herbs, decorative flowers, tropical containers, rhododendrons, conifers, vegetables, and groundcovers.
11:30 AM Lunch on your own with free time for shopping in Ithaca.
2:00 PM Wine and cheese tasting aboard the MV Teal - enjoy a narrated cruise featuring a guided wine and cheese pairing presentation with Experience! The Finger Lakes. Taste four delicious Finger Lakes wines paired with locally crafted cheese.
3:30 PM Cruise returns and head back to hotel to freshen up and relax before dinner.
5:30 PM Dinner included at the Beacon Hill.
7:00 PM Visit Purity Ice Cream for included dessert - The Ice Cream of the Finger Lakes since 1936!
8:00 PM Return to hotel. You are on your own for the rest of the evening.

Day Three

7:30 AM Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AM Meet your tour guide for a waterfalls tour. Your guide will take you to four waterfall stops along Fall Creek and Cascadilla Creek, which border the beautiful Cornell University campus and provide gorgeous sites along its stunning campus. You will see all the local favorites! Visit the famous Cornell Suspension bridge - a pedestrian bridge suspended 138 feet above the water - along with two other falls on campus and in Cascadilla Park. The experience culminates with an up-close-and-personal visit to Ithaca Falls, downtown Ithaca's own 135-foot waterfall. In addition to exploring the beautiful waterfalls and campus, your guide weaves stories of Ithaca's history and classsic tales of Cornell throughout the tour.
11:00 AM Depart for Skaneateles.
12:00 PM Lunch on your own and free time for shopping in Skaneateles.
2:00 PM Enjoy a scenic boat cruise on Skaneateles Lake with Mid-Lakes Navigation aboard the Judge Ben Wiles. Skaneateles is known as one of the cleanest bodies of water in the world.
3:30 PM Wine tasting at Anyela's Vineyard - Sample wines at Anyela's Vineyards while taking in a more fabulous view of Skaneateles Lake - an excellent photo opportunity.
5:30 PM Dinner included at The Inn Between Restaurant.
7:00 PM Depart for check-in at Hilton Garden Inn - Carrier Circle.

Day Four

7:30 AM Deluxe Continental breakfast at the hotel.
10:00 AM Visit the Erie Canal Museum for a guided tour - learn the history of Erie Canal from a trained Museum docent, who will lead you on an approximately hour-long tour.
11:00 AM Guided tour of Syracuse - a trained Erie Canal Museum docent will hop on the motorcoach to give you a detailed description of Downtown Syracuse's history and connections to the Erie Canal.
12:30 PM Lunch on your own at Salt City Market.
2:00 PM Depart for Lafayette
2:30 PM Visit Beak n' Skiff Apple Orchard - Shop and taste on your own. 1911 Tasting Room & Tavern. Apple Hill General Store - gifts and goodies for all ages. Stop in for fresh or hard cider, infamous homemade fudge, local art or Beak and Skiff swag. Apple Barn and Apple Bakery.
4:00 PM Depart for home with a dinner stop on your own enroute.

Times & itinerary may adjust slightly. Final itinerary will be provided within two weeks of trip.
