Day One

6:00 am Depart Douglassville for Fayetteville, NC
Arrive late afternoon in Fayetteville and check in to Hampton Inn.
Dinner included this evening

Day Two

Enjoy a deluxe continental breakfast at the hotel
8:00 am Depart Fayetteville for Charleston, SC,
12:00 pm Arrive in Charleston to meet our local representative. Either drop bags or check in if rooms are ready at The Limited Hotel.
Free time at the Old City Market and lunch on your own.
3:00 pm Tour of the Hunley, the world's first successful combat submarine.
6:00 pm Dinner at TBonz Grill

Day Three

7:00 am - 9:00 am Full breakfast included at hotel.
9:00 am - 11:00 am Historical tour of Charleston.
11:00 am - 1:00 pm Lunch on your own and free time at the Old City Market.
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Admission included to Boone Hall Plantation
4:00 pm Return to hotel to freshen up
6:15 pm Depart for Spirit of Carolina Yacht
6:30 pm Boarding for the Spirit of Carolina begins
7:00 pm Dinner cruise included aboard the Spirit of Carolina Yacht. There's no better way to experience Charleston and her history than from the deck of a Spiritline Yacht....an unforgettable 3 hour cruise with breathtaking views of Charleston Harbor as you savor a 3 course meal (prepared to order).

Day Four

7:00 am - 8:45 am Full breakfast included at hotel
8:45 am Depart Charleston for Wadmalaw Island
9:30 am Visit to Charleston Tea Plantation, the only tea plantation in the United States. Observe the process of making tea in our factory from the "Tourway" where you'll hear and see all about the world of tea. Visit the Gift Shoppe for unique merchandise and take home a supply of American Classic Tea. Take the narrated bus tour through the farm for unforgettable views.
12:30 pm Depart Wadmalaw Island for Savannah, GA with box lunch included.
3:30 pm Arrive in Savannah and meet our local representative before checking in at Springhill Suites Historic District.
Free time to freshen up at the hotel or wander down to River Street
5:30 pm Dinner included at Paula Deen's Lady & Sons Restaurant

Day Five

Hot breakfast included at hotel.
Meet your guide in the lobby for an exciting day in Savannah -Georgia's first city!
9:00 am - 11:00 am Informative two hour tour of historic Savannah. Visitors will enter St. John the Baptist cathedral as well as one of its famous squares to experience its greatest uniqueness, the 1733 City Plan which is still alive and well today.
11:00 am - 1:00 pm Lunch on your own and free time for shopping on River Street.
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Low Country Tour, to include Tybee Island, Fort Pulaski, and a stop at River Street Sweets, where we'll get a fresh praline sample!
The afternoon Low Country Tour gives guests the opportunity to see several other beautiful historic districts.. including the Victorian Section and the Beaus Arts designed Ardsley Park. Taste treats await you at River Street Sweets, then on to Tybee Island past famous Ft. Pulaski and the unique salt marshes that separate the barrier islands from the mainland. We will stop at the lighthouse, then enjoy some time at the beach. The Victorian Lady will entertain you with songs and tales of interesting local legends en route, as well as answer all of your questions about this unique part of Coastal Georgia.
4:00 pm Return to hotel to freshen up.
5:00 pm Depart for Pirates House Restaurant
5:30 pm Dinner included at Pirates House Restaurant
8:00 pm Show: at the historic Savannah Theatre

Day Six

Hot breakfast included at hotel.
8:30 am Depart Savannah for Mount Airy, NC
4:00 pm Arrive in Mount Airy and check in to the Hampton Inn.
6:00 pm Dinner included this evening, followed by some time with Brack Llewellyn, a local storyteller in Mount Airy area.

Day Seven

6:00 am - 8:15 am Deluxe continental breakfast included at hotel.
8:15 am Depart to pick up guide for tour of Mount Airy.
8:30 am Brief tour of Mount Airy (the original Mayberry)
10:30 am Admission included to the Andy Griffith Museum.
11:30 am Depart for home
