Washington DC - Sightseeing amongst the Blooms

So much to see and do in our nation's capitol and there's not a more spectacular time then during the bloom of the Cherry Blossoms. Spend the day on your own in Washington, D.C. and be sure to plan your day using some of the information listed below, as well the websites for each of these locations in the Useful Links.  Cherry Blossoms are in bloom all around DC but especially around the Tidal Basin area.

  Post Office Pavilion, Georgetown, DuPont Circle, Penn Quarter, Capitol Hill, Smithsonian Retail Shops and Union Station

Arrival Information:

Arrive in Washington, D.C. approximately 10:30am

Drop Off Location

Drop off close to the Washington Monument which offers close access to the tidal basin and within walking distance to both the memorials and museum areas. 

Departure from Washington

Bus will Depart Washington at 5:45pm from the same location that you were dropped off. - Please check with your tour director for more information regarding this location before disembarking for the day.
