Arrive in Boston in late afternoon. Begin with a stop at Quincy Market. For over 250 years the marketplace has played an integral role in the life of Boston's residents. You will feel the cobblestones beneath your feet, see the roaming performers and be able to taste the wonderfully diverse ethnic foods available to you. Enjoy wandering amongst 100 shops, carts and artisans to offer treasures for you to take home. Enjoy an included dinner before hearing all about Boston's darker side on the Ghosts and Gravestones Trolley Tour of Boston. Boston remains one of the most haunted cities in America and stories of the glory days of Colonial Boston only scratch the surface of Boston's darker side. As the trolley tour ends, passengers will be transported to the Encore Boston Harbor Resort to check-in for their two night stay.



Enjoy breakfast on your own at the hotel with provided meal voucher. Meet your local guide at the hotel and travel to Salem for a day of touring. Learn about Salem as you travel into town. Begin the day at the House of the Seven Gables. Built by Captain John Turner in 1668 it has become one of the most famous structures in American history. This is a charming, not to be missed tour and the house is part of a compound set by the sea with period gardens, outdoor tables, gift show, Nathaniel Hawthorne's birthplace and scenic views of the harbor with sailboats bobbing in the current. Next, visit the Salem Witch Museum where you will witness the testimoy of the hysterical girls, the suffering of the blameless vicims and the decisions of the fanatical judges who sent innocent people to their deaths. Based on actual trial documents you'll enter the web of lies and intrigue of the Salem Witch Hunt. Enjoy lunch on your own in Salem, as the guide will make suggestions. After lunch, enjoy a free afternoon to explore. The group will return to Encore Boston Harbor to freshen up and enjoy a night of fine dining and entertainment. Dinner voucher can be used while at the resort.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with provided meal voucher before meeting your local guide for a morning of touring. Passengers will meet at the gates of the historic Boston Common, the country's oldest park, and walk along brick sidewalks shaded by colorful trees, lined with rows of 19th centry brick townhouses. Passengers will step beyond the brick facades into three of the homes to get a rare glimple of how these homes have been restore and decorated. After the tour, that includes plenty of walking, guests will be treated to an included lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy in Boston before departing for home.
